This is an introduction to the book avoiding alimony. The book is meant to inspire, to liberate, and to call people to reasoning. Some things written in this book will sound offensive, but that is not my aim of writing the book. I?ll plead that every reader of this book, read with as much focus as possible and as little criticism as possible, so that one can gain from all the ideas and thoughts expressed in this book.
It took me a long time to put this work together. This book is a combination of ideas, inspiration and research. I know that you are itching to know what qualifies me to put this book together. Consider me as a friend to many children (male and female) whose parents don?t live together presently, consider me also as a friend to that lady whose ex-husband is now married to her ex-girlfriend, consider me as a friend to that man who just paid alimony and has suffered severe financial setbacks, or that lady who has been seriously battered by her husband.
If you pictured me in any one of these categories you will appreciate my qualification in putting this together.
The aim of this book is to sensitize many people in the world about the modern trends in marriages, and to proffer solutions where people are suffering silently (note that our governments don?t do this, they even worsen it by some policies they make). More than 80 percent of marriages in the world today end in divorce, why is this? What happens when these marriages breakup?
This book tries to answer these questions and many more. I have tried as much as possible to keep this book short, so that reading it will not be a chore. I will plead with you to take time to read this book; it might just be a source of help for you or someone you know. This book is not just made for a certain age group, it is meant for people affected by broken homes and marriages, young people intending to get married, even at the simple relationship stage, and the already married.
